¿Cómo retirar fondos?

You can withdraw your funds by logging in to your Client Portal https://clientportal.axi.com/

Once in the Client Portal, please click Withdraw Funds (at the left hand panel), choose the available withdrawal method for your account and follow the instructions.

For the first withdrawal to your bank account, you will have to submit your bank account information and provide the most recent bank statement for verification. 

If you are using Bank Transfer for withdrawal, to add your bank account information, please click Bank Accounts (at the left hand panel), choose New Bank Account, input your bank account information and upload the most recent bank account statement (in PDF or picture of paper statement). 

Please note that:

• Withdrawal method must be the same as your deposit method. 
• Profits can be withdrawn via Bank transfer once the RTS (return to source) balance is cleared. 
• All withdrawals and bank account verification will be checked and processed within 2 business days once received.
