How do I upload a bank statement to get my money back?

If you are required to provide a bank statement to confirm a withdrawal, please refer to the following steps for your chosen deposit method:

International Bank Transfer

  1. Login to the Axi Client Portal.
  2. Navigate to the "Funds" tab and click on “Bank Account.”
  3. Select “New Account.” NOTE: You must add your bank account before applying for a withdrawal because the account needs to be verified first.
  4. Once your bank account has been added, you’ll be prompted to upload a copy of your bank statement for verification.
  5. To upload, click “Browse Files,” select the file from your device, then click “Upload”, followed by “Save.”

Local Bank Transfer

Please be aware that local bank transfers are only available in select regions.

  1. Select the "Internet Banking" withdrawal method and input your bank information.
  2. You will be asked to upload your bank statement as part of the withdrawal process. This can be done in a PDF format, photo, or as a paper document.
  3. After inputting the withdrawal amount, click “Submit” to complete the process.
