Why has my account not been verified?

If your account has not been verified, the most common reasons include:

  • Missing Documents: A common cause for verification delays is missing or incomplete documentation. When creating an account, you must submit Proof of Identity; we only accept government-issued documents with a photo, such as a Passport, National Identity Card, or Driver’s License.   • Document Processing Time: After submitting your documents, the length of the verification process depends on whether the verification can proceed automatically. Electronic verification is usually performed first, and once authenticated, your account will be opened immediately. If a manual review is needed, this may take 1-2 business days.

Please note: Documents must be submitted via the registered email address associated with your account.

Once your verification is complete, you will receive your login details via email.
