Who can request the Edge Score Reset?

Any client who has been classified for Seed at any stage is eligible to request an Edge Score reset.

What is the timeframe to receive a new Axi Select account after resetting my score?

A new account will be provisioned within 1 business day, and you will receive an email with the new credentials.

Do I need to requalify?

Yes. If you don’t have an Edge Score in another MT4 account, you’ll need to achieve at least an Edge Score of 50 with your new Axi Select trading account by completing at least 20 unique trades. Additionally, to regain eligibility for the Seed Stage, a minimum deposit or transfer of $500 USD is required to meet the equity criteria.

How many times can I reset my Edge Score?

You can request an Edge Score reset once every 90 days, and if you attempt to request it before then, you will receive an error message. There is no limit on the number of times you can request a reset.

Will I be able to log in to my old account after resetting the score?

No. After resetting your Edge Score, you will receive a new set of Axi Select accounts and your old account will become inactive. Your access to the dashboard will be temporarily suspended until you receive new credentials for the dashboard upon re-joining the Seed Stage.
