- Log in to your dashboard and go to Profile.
- Click on the "Reset Score" button. A pop-up will appear with a warning message outlining the requirements and next steps.
Important: Ensure all trades are closed and funds are withdrawn from your Axi Select account before proceeding. If these conditions are not met, you will receive an error message and won’t be able to proceed.
- If your account meets the requirements, a success message will confirm your request.
- You will receive an email confirming that the process has started.
Please note: You can only request an Edge Score reset once at a time. If you attempt to request it again before the previous request is processed, you will receive an error message.
