Bid Line

By default, the MT4 price (i.e. candlesticks/charts) reflects prices based on the Bid price, not the Ask Price.

Ask Line

Desktop instructions 

To view the Ask price on your chart:

1. Right-click on your chart

2. Click on ‘Properties’ and go to the ‘Common’ tab

3. Check on the ‘Show Ask Line’ box

4. Click ‘OK’ to confirm

IOS instructions 

1. Go to ‘Settings’ in the bottom-right corner
2. Select ‘Charts’
3. Turn on the “Ask Price Line.”

To disable it, follow the same steps.

Android instructions 

1. Go to ‘Settings’ in the bottom left corner
2. Select “Charts.”
3. Tick the ‘Ask Price Line’ box

To reverse this setting, follow the same steps.
