Withdrawal via Axi Trading Platform
Please note that the availability of withdrawal methods may vary depending on your country.
- Bank Transfer
To withdraw funds from your account, open the “MyAxi” screen located at the top left corner of the dashboard and select “Funds”. At the Funds tab, click on “Withdraw Funds”.
In the event of a withdrawal to a Bank Account, please note that you are required to provide your bank account details, such as Bank Account Country and Currency, as well as other bank account details, and submit the most recent bank statement for verification.
Make sure to provide a complete bank account statement in JPEG, PNG, GIF or PDF format issued within the last 6 months and it should show the following information:
- Name of your bank
- Bank account name
- Bank account number/IBAN
- Swift/BIC code
IMPORTANT: Withdrawal processing times will differ based on the chosen method and may take up to 5 working days to reflect in your account.
Please note: New Bank Accounts can be verified within 1 business day.
Once you have uploaded your bank statement, your bank account details will be sent to our team to review and approve. Once approved, you will receive an email and (if enabled) a push notification, explaining that you can now request a withdrawal. You can do this by:
- Go back to the Funds page
- Select Withdraw Funds again
- Select your bank account that is now approved
Type in the amount you wish to withdraw and click the button to continue.
