Open the Axi Trading Platform app (Mobile App) and log in to see your dashboard.

Tap on the profile icon located at the top left corner of the screen, to see if you’re in a Live or Demo account.

Click on the ‘Funds’ option to access the deposit and withdrawal functions. To withdraw, select ‘Withdraw Funds’.

Choose the bank account for your withdrawal

IMPORTANT: Please check with your bank to confirm whether your account accepts incoming wire transfers and the specific currencies they can handle. It is very important to verify this information first to avoid delays, cancellations of withdrawals, and a delay in the return of funds.

Enter the amount you wish to withdraw and click ‘Withdraw’ (note that the currency rate cannot be altered, as this is an auto generated feature of the app).

Your request will be processed within 24 hours or 1 business day.
