Required Information for Opening an Account
Before you begin, please be aware that this app is only available for mobile devices. Currently, there is no browser version available.
To create an account on the Axi Trading Platform, you'll undergo a simple onboarding process. You'll be asked for basic personal information such as your name, date of birth, and address. Additionally, to comply with legal requirements for customer protection, we'll request some financial information, including employment and savings details.
While we do require ID verification during account setup, you can choose to skip this step initially and complete it later.
The Axi Trading Platform offers two ID verification journeys for your convenience:
- Verify ID when opening your account: You can choose to upload your ID straight away during the onboarding process. This option allows you to start trading with no limits, providing you with a seamless trading experience.
- Deferred ID verification: Alternatively, you have the option to skip the ID verification step during onboarding. With this choice, you can still trade as normal, but there will be some equity limits in place: your deposit limit during this period is capped at $5,000 USD, and you will not be able to withdraw any profits. You will have 28 days from your first deposit to upload your ID, otherwise your account will be frozen.
Please Note: The types of ID that we accept may vary depending on your country of residence. Typically, we accept National IDs, Passports, and Driver’s Licenses.
