How do I update my phone number or preferred language?

If you need to update or change your contact phone number(s) or change the language we use to communicate with you, log in to the Client Portal, click the profile icon at the top right of the page, then click “Personal Details” to bring up the options.

Mobile / Phone number

To change your contact phone numbers, scroll through the list, find your country of residence and then, enter the new number.

To confirm, click “Save Changes”.

Please note: For account verification purposes you will receive an OTP (One Time PIN) message when updating a phone number.

Communication language

Communication language is the default language we will use to communicate with you via email, phone calls, and chats. To change the language, you would prefer to use for communication with Axi, click the down arrow and choose the new language.

To confirm, click “Save Changes”.
