What information is in the 'Accounts' tab of the Axi Client Portal?

You can follow this guide to start trading, from creating your trading account, funding, and withdrawing, to opening your first trade.

Within the Axi Client Portal, the 'Trading Accounts' main menu gives you access to the following areas:

  • My Accounts
  • Open New Account
  • Financial Statements

My Accounts

This option allows you to see your current trading accounts and closed accounts.

Trading Accounts

This displays information about your currently active and live trading accounts. You can view the MT4 login number, current account balance, account leverage, account type, product type, and the license your account is under.

The Trading Accounts section also gives you quick access to the following features:

  • Add Funds ()
  • Withdraw Funds ()
  • Transfer Funds ()
  • Change Leverage ()

Please note: If you are unable to adjust your leverage, this option may not be available for your account/region. For further clarification, please reach out to our Client Services team.

  • Other Options () – Includes updating passwords, downloading financial statements, leverage change, and more.
  • Add Account () (Apply to add a new sub-account)
  • Closed Accounts - View information about closed or archived trading accounts, including MT4 login number, current account balance, account leverage, account type, product type, and the license your account was under.

Open a new account 

This option allows you to open a new subaccount.

IMPORTANT: Clients are allowed up to 5 active Live accounts with Axi at any one time. All accounts/subaccounts must be under the same jurisdiction. 

While applying for a new account you can choose the type of account, leverage level, and preferred base currency. Once you have submitted and all the required documentation has been received, we aim to process your request within 1-2 business days. Once the account is live, you will receive a confirmation email with your new account details. You can only request one subaccount at a time.

Financial and trading statements

It is free to download a copy of your account statement (trade account summary) directly from the Client Portal. This document can be downloaded in HTML, CSV, and PDF formats, and displays different timeframes.
