Subaccount tagged to an Introducing Broker
Clients introduced to the platform will always have the same partner code linked to all future trading account requests if they indicate this preference on the client portal. However, clients have the option to open a distinct trading account with a different partner.
If you wish to proceed in this manner, kindly get in touch with our Customer Support Team. Provide your request along with details such as the trading account you wish to tag the new IB, as well as the new IB code you'd like to associate.
Please note: The process might take 1-2 business days to complete.
Online Form Request
Clients can request partner tag changes directly via the online request forms. To do so, they need to go to the Help Center and click on 'Submit a Request.'
Under 'What do you need help with?', the client will choose 'Partner Tagging' and fill out all the required fields.
