This is a shortcut to the Axi Help Center where you can find answers to common problems.
Submit a Request
Utilize the "Submit A Request" function to submit requests without leaving the client portal. Upon clicking, you will be prompted to specify "What do you need help with?" After selecting from the available options, additional fields will appear, prompting you for more details such as your email address, subject, description, MT4 account number, and any necessary attachments.
Open and Closed Requests
Displays a list of all open and closed requests you have made e.g., requesting a new sub-account.
Please note: If you have questions about a request that is currently being processed, please wait until it has been completed – you will receive an email notification. If you still need help, please contact our Client Services team.
