Updating Personal Details and Closing the Account
Date of Birth and Name

To update your Name, please log in to the Axi Trading Platform and navigate to "MyAxi." Click on "Account Status," then under "Verify ID," select "Fix now." This will allow you to update your name once you upload your Proof of Identification.

Date of Birth
If you want to update your Date of Birth, you can do this directly via the Axi Trading Platform.

Email and Residential Address
If you need to update or change any personal details such as your Email or Residential Address (within the country or abroad), please contact Customer Support through email or Live Chat on our in-app Customer Support page. They will guide you through the required updates.
How do I close my account?
If you wish to close your account, you can do so by following these steps:
- Open the “MyAxi” screen, which is located at the top left corner of the dashboard.
- Click on “Profile”.
- Select “Close Account”.
