If you cannot log in using the MT4 account number, please ensure the account details match your original welcome email from when you first opened your Axi account.

If you have confirmed the account number is correct but still cannot gain access, it means your account is either no longer valid, closed or archived.

How to Troubleshoot: 

You can apply to open a new live trading account directly via the Axi website. 

Once your account is verified, you will receive your account login details via email.

IMPORTANT: New accounts must be associated with a different email address (one that has not been previously registered to a different Axi account).

Once we have received your application, it may take up to two business days for approval. Depending on your circumstances, you may be asked to provide extra government-issued identity documents for verification.
