How do I add / remove a bank account in my Axi profile?

Different types of bank transfers are available, depending on a client’s country of residence and the currency being used:

  • International Bank Transfer: Used to send money from your account in one country to a bank account in a different country.
  • Local/Internet Bank Transfer: Refers to local bank transfers, where your withdrawal can be sent to your bank from a bank in your country (available in specific regions).

Adding a Bank Account

International Bank Account

Login into the Axi Client Portal, navigate to the ‘Funds’ tab, click ‘Bank Account’, then select ‘New Account’. You will then be prompted to add your bank details.

Once your bank account information has been added, you will need to upload a copy of a bank statement for verification purposes.

IMPORTANT:

- Bank statements are different from bank receipts.
- For verification purposes, a bank statement can be submitted in PDF format, as an image (please ensure photos are clear and legible), or as a paper statement. Screenshots and receipts will NOT be accepted.
- Bank statements must have been issued within the last 6 months.
- Only the first page of your bank statement is required, provided it contains the following information:

To upload a bank statement from your device, click ‘Browse Files’, select the file you wish to ‘Upload’, and then ‘Save’. Note: If the file size is too big, use an online tool to decrease/compress the file size then try uploading again.

Once saved, a summary of the bank details will be shown. If all the details are correct, click ‘Submit’. A confirmation message will be displayed, then click ‘Ok’.

Removing a bank account

To remove a bank account, log into the Axi Client Portal, go to the “Funds” tab, and then proceed to the “Bank Accounts” section. This will display all stored bank accounts.

Find the bank account you want to remove, scroll all the way to the right and click the “X” sign beneath the “Delete” button, then click on “Confirm”. This will disable the bank account you wish to deactivate, and our team will process the request on the next business day.
