Minimum withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount depends on the method you choose or the full remaining balance in your account. Each withdrawal method has its own specific requirements, which you can find on the Withdrawal page.

For example, if you choose to withdraw funds via a bank card, the minimum withdrawal amount is $5 USD. However, other methods may have different minimum amounts, so it’s important to check the details for your selected method before requesting a withdrawal.

For bank transfers, if you apply for a withdrawal for an amount less than USD 50 (or the equivalent in your preferred currency) and it is not your full remaining balance, your withdrawal request will not be approved.

Withdrawal fees

Withdrawals are free if they are above $30 USD or for the full balance of your Account. Otherwise, an administration fee of US$25 may apply.

Please also be aware that you may incur fees on payments to and from some international banking institutions and that Axi accepts no responsibility for any such bank fees. Please also note that your bank may view a payment to Axi as a cash advance and bill you according to your cash advance rules. If you have a query about additional fees, please check with your intermediary before requesting the withdrawal.
