A “third-party payment” is considered any payment method (card, bank account, or e-wallet) that is not held in your name (account holder’s name).

All payments used to fund your Axi account must come from an account in your name.

You cannot make a deposit into your Axi account via any method not registered under your legal name. In the event we suspect third-party funding has occurred, we reserve the right to return the funds to the remitter and retain the balance in your account, pending verification of proof of identity and the source of funds before processing. In the absence of verification, we reserve the right to retain the balance in your account and you will not be permitted to withdraw the balance of your account.

Please note: Business cards – including those under the account holder’s name – are also considered third party and will not be accepted.
