Resetting the password of my Copy Trading Account

Resetting the password

If you have already an Axi Copy Trading account but forgot the password, please follow the below steps:

  • Select Login
  • Click on “Forgot Password?”
  • Enter the email address connected to the Axi Copy Trading Account and click Submit

Please note that the Email Address must be the same one that is registered to your Axi account.

  • Check your Email inbox and select the “Reset password” option in the email you received

If you cannot find the email in your Email inbox, please check your SPAM/JUNK folder

  • Enter your Email address, New Password and Confirm your new password

IMPORTANT: Your password must be more than 8 characters and include at least one number, one Upper case alphanumeric, one Lower case alphanumeric, and one Special character

  • Select Reset

I have not received the password email

This usually means you have not successfully registered your email address via the app. When you reopen the app, click the “First time here?” button and enter your email address and password to log into the app. You may wish to consider saving your password to avoid this problem to avoid future login problems.

If you still cannot log in, please contact our Customer Support Team so we can investigate the issue.
