Withdrawal Status Explained
A withdrawal will transition through different statuses prior to being released from Axi.
The below table outlines each status.

Account Verification Pending |
Your request has been received however we first need to verify the ownership of your destination account. In another word, the Bank Account is pending verification. |

Requested/Pending Review |
Your request has been received and one of our team will review the details of the withdrawal. |

Payment being Reviewed |
A team member has your payment under review. |
|
Queued for Processing |
Your request has passed the review stage and is now queued with other client payments being released via the same payment method. |
|
Payment sent to be processed by Provider |
Your payment has been successfully sent via our bank or payment processor. You will receive an email with further information regarding the payment. |
