Why was I charged twice for inactivity fees?
Inactivity fees are applied to accounts that have had no open trades for a period of at least 12 months. This fee is charged monthly, starting 30 business days after the 12-month inactivity period.
If your account remains inactive, you'll be charged an inactivity fee every month, usually on the first day of the month.
