Client Portal: Funds Tab
The following information will help guide you through the basics of using the Axi Client Portal.
You can also follow this guide to start trading, from creating your trading account, funding, and withdrawing, to opening your first trade.
Funds
The Funds menu gives you access to the following areas:
- Add Funds
- Withdraw Funds
- Transfer Funds
- Bank Accounts
Add Funds
To deposit into your Axi trading account, simply select the account you want to add your funds into.
When selecting “Pay using other methods,” you will be able to view all available options for you to make a deposit.
Withdraw funds
To make a withdrawal request, simply select the trading account you wish to withdraw from.
When selecting “Withdraw via other methods” you will be able to view all available withdrawal options.
Transfer Funds
Use this option to make internal transfers between your Axi trading accounts.
To make an internal transfer, select the amount and currency, then click “Transfer Funds.”
Bank Accounts
This section lets you add a new bank account and displays information about any bank accounts added previously.
Clients are limited to a maximum of four bank accounts, and any new bank account must match the trading account name.
Please note: Funds cannot be withdrawn to a third party. If trading accounts have been funded by means other than a bank transfer (e.g., credit card), the first method of funding will also be the first method of withdrawal.
For example, you deposit $100 into your trading account via credit card (payment A), then make a $100 deposit via bank transfer (payment B). You then decide to withdraw all your funds. The money will be returned in the order it was received; $100 will be returned to your credit card, then $100 to your bank account.
