Negative Balance and Withdrawal
If you hold multiple accounts and have a negative balance in any of your accounts, you will not be able to withdraw funds. In order for you to withdraw funds, the negative balance will need to be removed.
Clients who are classified as Retail Clients under ASIC (AxiCorp Financial Services Pty) regulation are given the added protection of Negative Balance Protection. To remove the negative balance, kindly contact our Customer Support Team.
Wholesale client accounts are not afforded negative balance protection.
