Depositing via bank account
To deposit via bank transfer, log into the Axi Client Portal, click on “Funds,” then select “Add Funds.”
If you are depositing via bank transfer for the first time you will be able to see the options under “Pay using other methods.” If you have already used this method, you will be able to save it under “Pay via saved methods.”
Withdrawing via bank account
To make a withdrawal via an international bank account, you must first have a verified and active bank account. If you do not have an account, please add it before proceeding.
If you already have a bank account saved, log to the Axi Client Portal and apply for a withdrawal by going to “Funds” and clicking on “Withdraw Funds.”
Please Note: Withdrawals made via Bank Transfer may require up to 5 business days to reach the designated bank account.
After reading and agreeing with the required information, click “Continue” to apply for a withdrawal.
Inside the page you will be able to see your saved bank account information and where your funds are going. If you have more than one account under your name, you can select any bank account to withdraw from. Enter the amount and click “Submit Request.”
IMPORTANT: Before applying for a withdrawal, make sure your bank accepts/receives funds coming from the currency you intend to use for your withdrawal. This may help avoid any possible rejection and return of funds. Return of funds may take from 5 business days up to 2-3 weeks to be received by Axi, depending on the bank.
Withdrawal fees
While Axi charges no withdrawal fees, please be aware that intermediary banks can apply charges that Axi has no control over.
If you are unsure whether your withdrawal will incur an additional fee, please contact your bank directly for more information.
