How do I know if my EA is active?

To see if an EA is currently active, the top right corner of the chart you have installed and applied the EA will display a smiling face icon.

If you do not see the smiling face icon, or you see a sad face, check that the AutoTrading function is active. To switch on AutoTrading, click the ‘AutoTrading' button. You will know the function is active when it displays a green ‘play’ icon. Then try adding the EA again.

Hyperactive order

This issue appears if you are using an Expert Advisor that sends an excessive number of orders when insufficient free equity is available for execution. The hyperactive order activity can degrade server performance which will affect other clients on the server.

If you fail to rectify this issue promptly, Axi may close some or all your positions and disable your account in order to forcibly disengage the EA from our server.

Please note that because EAs are from third-party providers, Axi is unable to help with any issues related to the performance or function of the EA.
