Start Tour
This option lets you take a tour around the Axi Client Portal to learn how it works and the available features.
FAQ
This tool provides a shortcut to the Axi Help Center. You can use it to redirect yourself directly to the Help Center and find answers to common problems.
Submit a Request
Utilize the "Submit A Request" option for a seamless experience in creating requests directly from the client portal. This hassle-free process allows you to submit requests without leaving your client portal.
Upon clicking, you will be prompted to specify "What do you need help with?" After selecting from the available options, additional fields will appear, prompting you for more details such as your email address, subject, description, MT4 account number, and any necessary attachments.
Open and Closed Requests
This feature displays a list of all open and closed requests you have made e.g., requesting a new sub-account.
Please note: If you have questions about a request that is currently being processed, please wait until it has been completed – you will receive an email notification. If you still need help, please contact our Customer Support.
Contact Support
The support option redirects you to the Contact Us page. Use the details on this page to contact our Client Services team via your preferred communication channel.
