Making a Withdrawal
You can request a withdrawal from your Axi account at any time using a range of convenient global payment methods. These include:
- Bank transfer
- Paypal
- Credit/Debit Card
Withdrawal processing times will depend on the method you use. For a full list of options and expected withdrawal times, please refer to our funding page.
To view all withdrawal options based on your country of residence, login to the Axi Client Portal, select “Funds,” then “Withdraw Funds.” This will display all available options, based on your region.
IMPORTANT: Withdrawals must be made with the same payment method used to make the original deposit and funds must be returned to the original source.
For example, if you made a deposit from your bank account, your withdrawal must be made to that same bank account.
Please note that Axi does not facilitate broker-to-broker transfers.
Applying for a withdrawal
You can also follow this guide to start trading, from creating your trading account, funding, and withdrawing, to opening your first trade.
To apply for a withdrawal, login to the Axi Client Portal, select “Funds,” then “Withdraw Funds.” All available withdrawal options will be displayed.
Please note: You can only make withdrawals via the same method you used to deposit, and funds must be returned to the original source. For example, if you made a deposit using a bank transfer, you must also request your withdrawal via bank transfer.
Once you have chosen your preferred method, check the box to agree to the conditions, then click "Continue" to proceed with your withdrawal request.
