Copy Trading Multi Account Feature

Can I have multiple account types under the same email address?
Yes, you can! While each account must maintain its original type (e.g., Copier or Signal), you can have both types (Signal Provider and Copier) connected to the same email address, offering you the flexibility to diversify your trading strategies.
Is there a limit to the number of accounts I can have?
There is no limit to the number of accounts you can have in the Copy Trading app. However, please note that the number of accounts you can manage directly correlates with the number of accounts you have with Axi and that you can link.
I already have one account connected to the copy trading app. How do I add/link another?
To link additional accounts, use the following steps:
- Navigate to the account page and click on Settings
- Click on the trading account
- Select “+” button
- Select the correct server
- Enter your trading account number
- Enter your password
Please Note: If you have multiple accounts linked to different email addresses and want to consolidate them under a single account, you’ll need to unlink the trading accounts associated with the email address(es) you no longer wish to use. If any of these accounts are actively copying trades, you’ll be asked to manage any open positions, if applicable, before proceeding. This step will terminate the current Signal copying connection. Once your accounts are combined under one app/email address, you can choose to resume copying your preferred Signals.
To switch between accounts, use the following steps:
- Navigate to the account page and select Switch Button
- Select the account you would like to use
- Your account should have switched to the correct account
I can’t seem to add a new account. Do I need to update my app to access the new multi-account feature?
To access the new multi-account feature, you will need to ensure your app is updated to the latest version. Some mobile devices may automatically update the app, while others may require a manual update. Please check your app store and update the app if necessary to take advantage of this new feature.
